Please be aware we are currently dispatching the orders out from Australia.
Dispatching the orders out from our Australia headquarters allows us to examine the product to make sure they are in perfect condition before they get into your hands. The delivery may take a little longer but the wait is well worth it!
We offer free international express shipping worldwide for any orders totaling $70 or over. Yes, you read that right. For orders under $70 we ask for a small fee of $10 (this comes with tracking).
We aim to dispatch all orders on Monday and Thursday 9am Australia eastern time. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your product.
As the business grows, we will definitely have our products in dispatch centres all around the world to shorten delivery time, but for now, this is our humble beginnings.
If your product is awaiting for your pick up at your local post and it gets returned to us. You will be accountable to pay for the shipping for the second time around or shipping cost will be deducted from your purchase if you want a refund.
If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received. At Liquid Carry Co, we will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order for either an exchange, it would only be partial refund as shipping cost and tax to you first round would be deducted.
– Not used and returned in the original condition.
– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging, without postal labels.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item/s.
Please also choose carefully when deciding on product/s you wish to purchase as we do not offer full refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we will be more than happy to discuss the details of your return via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Liquid is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
Liquid is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
